CRMBS provides professional healthcare revenue cycle management and administrative support services, including but not limited to:
- Medical billing and claim submission
- Insurance verification
- Payment posting
- Accounts receivable management
- Denial management and appeals
- Medical coding support
- Provider credentialing assistance
- Revenue cycle consulting
- Practice administrative support
CRMBS does not provide medical treatment, clinical services, legal advice, or healthcare diagnoses. Any information provided through our Services is intended solely for administrative and billing purposes.
3. User Responsibilities
By using our Services, you agree to:
- Provide accurate, current, and complete information.
- Maintain the confidentiality of account credentials and login information.
- Use the Services only for lawful purposes.
- Comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.
- Obtain all necessary patient authorizations before sharing protected information with CRMBS.
- Comply with HIPAA, HITECH, and other applicable healthcare privacy regulations.
You are solely responsible for the accuracy of information submitted to CRMBS.
4. Client Agreements, Fees, and Payments
Fees for CRMBS services are governed by separate service agreements, proposals, or contracts executed between CRMBS and its clients.
Clients agree to:
- Pay invoices according to agreed payment terms.
- Provide timely information necessary for service delivery.
- Reimburse any applicable third-party costs approved by the client.
Late payments may be subject to interest charges, service suspension, or collection activities as permitted by law.
CRMBS reserves the right to modify pricing for future services with reasonable prior notice.
5. SMS Communications and Consent
By providing your mobile phone number and opting into SMS communications, you consent to receive service-related text messages from CRMBS.
These messages may include:
- Claim status updates
- Credentialing notifications
- Accounts receivable updates
- Consultation reminders
- Service-related communications
Message frequency may vary based on active services and client needs.

Your consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchasing CRMBS services.
6. Data Protection and Confidentiality
CRMBS is committed to protecting confidential information and maintaining compliance with applicable healthcare privacy laws, including HIPAA and HITECH.
We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect sensitive information from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction.
While we strive to maintain secure systems, no method of electronic transmission or storage can be guaranteed to be completely secure. Therefore, CRMBS cannot guarantee absolute security of transmitted information.
7. Intellectual Property Rights
All content on the CRMBS website, including but not limited to:
- Text
- Graphics
- Logos
- Images
- Service descriptions
- Website design
- Software and technology
is the property of CRMBS or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Users may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or exploit website content without prior written consent from CRMBS.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, CRMBS shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or exemplary damages arising from:
- Use of or inability to use our Services
- Service interruptions
- Data loss
- Images
- Third-party actions
- System failures
- Business interruption
- Lost profits or revenue
CRMBS’s total liability for any claim arising from the Services shall not exceed the amount paid by the client to CRMBS during the six (6) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
9. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless CRMBS, its employees, contractors, officers, and affiliates from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses arising from:
- Your use of the Services
- Violation of these Terms
- Violation of applicable laws or regulations
- Unauthorized disclosure of patient or business information provided by you
10. Termination
CRMBS reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to its Services at any time, with or without notice, if:
- These Terms are violated.
- Required payments are not made.
- Fraudulent, unlawful, or unauthorized activity is detected.
- Continued service poses legal, operational, or security risks.
Termination does not relieve either party of obligations accrued before termination.
11. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or CRMBS Services shall be resolved through good-faith negotiations before pursuing legal action.
If litigation becomes necessary, the parties agree that the courts located in New York shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
12. Third-Party Services
CRMBS may utilize third-party software platforms, clearinghouses, communication providers, or business partners to support service delivery.
CRMBS is not responsible for interruptions, errors, or actions caused by third-party providers beyond our reasonable control.
13. Website Availability
We strive to maintain continuous access to our website and Services; however, CRMBS does not guarantee uninterrupted availability.
Maintenance, upgrades, technical issues, security incidents, or circumstances beyond our control may temporarily affect service availability.
14. Changes to These Terms
CRMBS reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time.
Updated versions will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
Continued use of our Services following any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
